AIA Capital Center, one of Bangkok’s first LEED-certified office towers, was designed to meet international sustainability and wellness benchmarks. As part of this commitment, Dyno Aqua A2012—a water-based, low-VOC coating—was applied to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the building.
The coating provides strong adhesion, corrosion resistance, and environmental safety across various surfaces including steel and galvanized substrates. Its use contributed to improved indoor air quality and long-term durability, aligning with the building’s LEED and WELL certification requirements while supporting a healthier and more sustainable workspace.
